In order to confirm your booking we need the following:

Please email us (hello@papistreks.com) a copy of the passport of all members in your group with: names, last names, passport numbers, dates of birth, and nationalities.
50% Deposit
The deposit allows us to book essentials like trains, hotels, Inca Trail passes and Machu Picchu tickets - so this is due immediately. Remember that these have limited availability so better not to delay! The remaining 50% will be due 2 months before your trip.

Option 1: Western Union or MoneyGram
This is the cheapest way to send money, you just need to cover the low transfer fee (and any exchange rate costs). You can pay online (using your bank account, debit or credit card) or at your nearest agent location. You may need to take photo ID with you to complete the transaction.

Option 2: wise (previously Transferwise)
Wise is an easy, secure and affordable way to send money abroad online, it allows you to send USD to us almost instantly. This is a great option if USD is not your local currency as they offer the real exchange rate - much cheaper than PayPal. Transfers can be paid from your bank account, debit or credit card.
Don’t have Wise yet? It’s fast and easy to get an account.
Once registered:
Make sure you have the USD currency set up (Balances, Open a balance)

Option 3: PayPal
PayPal is another easy, secure and popular way to send money abroad online. Their costly exchange rates makes it a more expensive option compared to Wise.

Option 4: International bank transfer
Banks usually charge high international wire fees (if your bank is not located in Peru, they will use intermediate banks with their own fees that they will charge back to you) plus offer unfavorable exchange rates (especially compared to Wise) but we have a US account that you can wire money to via the ACH routing!
The money will typically take 3-10 business days to arrive with us but you can send us a proof of transfer (including Transaction Number, Date, Amount Sent and Name of your Bank) and we’ll get started with your booking right away.

Additional option for the remaining 50% balance
The remaining 50% balance will be due 2 months before your trip departure. However, to avoid all fees you can also choose to pay this final balance in cash upon arrival in Peru, in this case we can make an exception.
